RASPBERRY POKE CAKE

RASPBERRY POKE CAKE

1 package white cake mix
1 small package raspberry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1/2 cup cold water
1 small container creamy cool whip
Prepare cake according to package directions.  Bake in rectangular
cake pan for 30 minutes.  Cool in pan 15 minutes.  Poke with fork at
1/2″ intervals.  Dissolve gelatin in boiling water than add cold
water and spoon over cake.  Chill 4 hours then top with cool whip.
